Common questions
Why does Subik ask for access to my Gmail?
To find receipts and renewal notices, which is how it discovers your subscriptions. The access is read-only — Subik cannot send, delete or change email — and your email content is never stored. Details: Privacy Policy, section 4.
A subscription is missing or wrong.
Detection depends on the receipts merchants email you. Pull down to re-scan, add the subscription manually with +, or edit any detected value by opening it. If a specific merchant is consistently missed, tell us which one (no need to forward the email) and we will improve the detector.
How do I disconnect Gmail?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Connected inboxes → Revoke. This revokes the token with Google and deletes it from our vault. You can also remove Subik from your Google Account permissions.
How do I cancel Subik Pro or get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancellation and refunds happen there: iPhone — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple or Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
I bought Pro but the app still shows the free plan.
Open the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us with your app version.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account, or follow the instructions for deleting without the app.
Something looks wrong in the app.
Email us with what you expected, what happened, and your app version (shown at the bottom of Settings → Support). Screenshots help; email content does not — please crop it out.
